Space Availability - Student Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms booking platform will be unavailable between April 26 - May 3, 2024. You may still use the rooms if empty. Staff will be performing maintenance on the rooms during the break between Winter and Spring Terms.

 

NOTE: Once you have booked a meeting room, you will be sent a confirmation email. Within 15 minutes of making the booking, you must open this email and confirm your booking. If you do not confirm, your booking will be cancelled and the slot will become available for others.

You can book a meeting room up to 2h per day. Availability releases 24 hours in advance.
