- Library Live ChatGet real-time help from knowledgeable library staff through our askON chat service, available Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Library professionals from colleges across Ontario are ready to assist with your research and library-related questions.

- Research Guide The Research Guide can help point you to the best resources to begin your research. They are built by library staff, tailored to specific programs and courses, and are available 24/7.
- One-On-One Appointments
- Students: The Library provides research support in the form of advice or assistance. Please have a copy of your assignment or research notes with you to share with the reference staff.
- Faculty: Curate resources for your online teaching, from Library subscribed content and learn how to use Open Educational Resources (OER) to find, share and adapt material for your online courses.
- Workshops Workshops are available to help you improve your skills. Explore the online and on-campus workshops to learn how to prepare for presentations, manage your time, use Zoom, conduct research, correctly craft citations, write an engaging paper, make studying less stressful, and more!
