Library Reserves

Faculty may put material from the Library’s collection or their own material on reserve for use by their students. Reserve items may be used within the Library only or may circulate for a one or three day loan (please check with your Campus Library). Allow a minimum of four business days for processing. If an item will be in high demand, please use a ratio of one copy per 30 students.

Placing Items on Reserve

Items from the Library Collection (Books, AV Material)

Fill out the Form to Place an Item on Reserve.
If the item is not available at the time of the request, it will be processed as soon as it is available.

Items Owned by Faculty

Ensure that the material complies with any copyright policies if required.
Bring the material to the Library and fill out the Form to Place an Item on Reserve.
