It recognizes the amazing women who are making a lasting impact in our country, especially in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to advance reconciliation, through their work and commitment to make our country a better place." Introduction to Intercultural Competency Workshop is an introductory workshop provided by the Local Immigration Partnership - Lanark & Renfrew, featuring topics like Identity and Culture, Value-based Behaviours, Assigning Meaning and Unconscious Bias. A ‘come-as-you-are’ opportunity to learn more about yourself and the people in your life. This session is designed to be interactive and to encourage a desire for continuous learning!  Open to all who live and/or work in Lanark or Renfrew County.  Register here!
